HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - Officials of Hope College’s Frost Center will be before the Holland City Council during tonight’s work-study session, disclosing results of a phone survey of local residents that was conducted in November. The Center was retained to ask questions about various municipal services and needs. Council is expected to use the polling results to help gauge priorities as part of the budget-making process for fiscal 2014.
