UNDATED (WHTC) - The National Pink Heals Tour to raise awareness for fighting cancer and treating those afflicted comes to the Lakeshore today. Six pink fire trucks and a pink police car will be stopping at various venues, including the homes of cancer patients, delivering flowers and support sentiments. The visit ends tonight with a parade down Zeeland’s Main Street as part of the weekly Zeelmania summer Monday evening activities.The Lakeshore chapter of the national Pink Heals organization will be raising funds for Spring Lake-based Bluebird Cancer Retreats, a group that provides free weekend retreats at Camp Geneva for cancer patients and families.
