UNDATED (WHTC) -- Labor Day has many activities to take part in around the Lakeshore and some of them are healthy. Holland has the Labor Day Boardwalk which starts at 8 a.m. at the Heinz Waterfront Walkway at 16th Street and South Shore Drive and ends at Windmill Island Gardens with a Pancake Breakfast. All proceeds from the breakfast go to the Sal Perez Youth Scholarship Fund to provide financial assistance for Holland Recreation youth programs. Zeeland’s sixth annual Bridge Walk takes place right after the Truck Parade passes through Zeeland. That walk takes place on the Paw Paw Drive pedestrian bridge.
