HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - Two local designers are joining forces, as Holland-based Charter House Innovations announced an agreement to acquire Greystone Public Seating of Zeeland. No terms were disclosed. Charter House specializes in seating and décor for restaurant and hospitality interests, while Greystone builds high-end seating for theatres, schools, churches and suites. Fifteen Greystone employees will be absorbed by CHI.
