UNDATED (WHTC) -- Residents living in the West Ottawa School District are invited to get involved with determining the district’s needs and to help develop a long-term plan to meet those needs. The Board of Education hopes to put together a community group of around 60 people and those interested should contact Julie VandenBerg at 738-5795. The district can seek voter approval for up to 85-million dollars for renovations, improvements and technology without increasing the millage rate for property taxes. The kick-off meeting took place on Tuesday night.
