UNDATED (WHTC) -- A man and woman accused of sexually assaulting a one-year-old child were in court on Wednesday. Stevie Marie Foehl and Michael Justin Emory are being charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct, child sexually abusive activity and using a computer to commit a crime. Investigators say they found photos and videos of child porn, including the assault on the one-year-old. Both Foehl and Emory waived their right to have the prosecution present evidence to a judge who would then decide if the case had merit to move to felony court. The next move is to the Kent County Circuit Court.
