UNDATED (WHTC) -- The Ottawa County Sheriff’s Department is investigating an incident involving injury to a 21-month-old toddler. Deputies were called to a Whispering Pines Apartment in Holland Township on Sunday afternoon just after 1 P.M. On arrival, they found that the child had been struck in the head by a television set. Lieutenant Mark Bennett said that the investigation, so far, doesn’t find anyone at fault. There were three other small children in the room with the toddler, the oldest, four-years-of-age. The child is in Pediatric Intensive Care at DeVos Children’s Hospital. Child Protective Services and the Sheriff’s Office are still investigating.
