HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - Tulip Time Festival officials will formally unveil the official poster for the 2013 event this evening. It will be selected by representatives of both the festival and the Holland Area Arts Council from one of 20 finalists, and will be marketed as the symbol of Holland’s signature event for this year. The other 19 works will be put into a “Viewer’s Choice” competition, to be conducted from late April through the festival’s end of May 11th.
