ALLENDALE, MI (WHTC) - Grand Valley State University officials say that an investigation is underway into alleged racial slurs that were written on a whiteboard hanging from the door of an unnamed African-American student in one of the dorms at the main Allendale campus. The words and drawings were spotted on Monday morning, and it’s not known whether a student, staffer or visitor is the perpetrator. Counselors are helping the victimized students.
