HUDSONVILLE, MI (WHTC) - A 29-year-old trucker from Grand Rapids is expected to recover from injuries suffered when his semi overturned east of Hudsonville last night. Ottawa County Sheriff’s Sergeant Greg Rotman and fellow deputies were dispatched to westbound M-6 just before the I-196 junction shortly after 10 PM. Kenneth Vandenberg lost control of his rig while making a sudden lane change, and the truck went onto its side and slid into the median. He was taken to St. Mary’s Hospital in stable condition. An investigation continues.
