HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - Passengers on the Pere Marquette passenger train were delayed by as much as three hours from arriving at the Padnos Transportation Center in Holland and the final destination in Grand Rapids last night. An oncoming freight train forced the passenger line to divert onto a snow-covered side track south of the Tulip City, causing it to be stuck. It took several hours for special locomotives to tow the train and clear the rails. No passengers or crew members were hurt.
