ZEELAND, MI (WHTC) - Bob Vande Vusse may be more known as a Fourth Ward Holland City Councilman, but he is also the new Director of the Howard Miller Library and Community Center in Zeeland. Vande Vusse is requesting from the Zeeland City Council during tonight’s meeting the full allotment of 82-thousand-600 dollars from the Library’s Endowment Fund for expansion projects, along with adopting a patron code of conduct for the library.
