UNDATED (WHTC) -- A former Ottawa County corrections deputy was in court on Monday to be sentenced for having sexual contact with inmates while on the job. A nine year deputy, 39-year-old Jonathan Kermeen, pleaded guilty in February to two counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct. He was sentenced to five to 15 years for each count, will sentences being served concurrently. Kermeen was fired after the allegations came to light last fall. He admitted to three separate incidents of inappropriate conduct with inmates.
