HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) -- A misdemeanor crime could punish the victim if an amendment discussed during last week’s Holland City Council, becomes a fact of life. The amendment to “Ordinance Section 19-10: Graffiti Removal,” will have a final reading on April 2nd. Sue Harder, the city’s Ourstreet Coordinator, presented the recommendation from the Neighborhood Improvement Committee at the study session. The amendment could ticket a property owner who did not remove or cover up graffiti in a timely fashion.
