UNDATED (WHTC) - With warm weather approaching, municipal leaders in two Lakeshore communities are tackling the issue of graffiti. Last night, the Zeeland City Council approved an ordinance that would require property owners to paint over the damage within 72 hours or possibly face prosecution. Tomorrow evening, the Holland City Council considers a similar measure with a five-day window for repairs to be done by victimized owners.
