ZEELAND, MI (WHTC) - The Zeeland City Council concluded two evenings of budget study sessions last night, as City Manager Tim Klunder and staffers went over a proposed fiscal 2015 spending plan. While expenses are pegged at 42.3 million dollars, a 1.7 percent increase, projected revenues are estimated to be two percent better at 44.6 million. Council members are expected to vote on the budget next month.
