HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - The Holland Township Board tonight takes up an Act 425 Conditional Land Transfer Agreement with the city of Holland that would put all of the land involved in the proposed new power plant by the Holland BPW inside of the city limits. The Holland City Council approved the deal last night. The nearly 200 million-dollar facility, in the vicinity of 5th Street and Fairbanks Avenue, is slated for operation by the end of 2016.
