UNDATED (WHTC) -- In March, the jury in Ryan Wyngarden’s murder trial only took one afternoon to come back with a guilty verdict in the double murder of Wyngarden’s sister Gail and her husband, Rick Brink. Wyngarden was in court this afternoon for sentencing guidelines. Judge Jon Hulsing sentenced Wyngarden according to the sentencing guidelines: two life sentences served concurrently with no chance of parole. Wyngarden still maintains that he is innocent and is expected to file an appeal. As a sideline, his wife, Pam, who testified against him in the cold case murders, recently filed for divorce.
