HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - The calls are getting louder and louder, and Lansing may be listening.
As state lawmakers return to work in earnest next week, nearly every one has been told by their constituents during the Spring Break to do something about Michigan's crumbling infrastructure, especially roads. Bob Genetski of Saugatuck told Juke Van Oss on WHTC's "Talk of the Town" program on Friday morning that he and his legislative colleagues are listening.
The third-term Republican Representative and his colleagues in the House will be considering Speaker Jase Bolger's 500 million-dollar road repair plan, with supporters hoping that it would lead to an even bigger package by the time it gets to the Governor's desk.
