HOLLAND TWP., MI (WHTC) - The marketing slogan "Have it Your Way" took on new meaning to former fast food restaurant employees who thought that there was easy money to be made at their old stomping grounds on Holland's North Side.

When the manager of the Burger King eatery off of James Street and US-31 opened up the building around 7 AM yesterday morning, she noted that there was cash taken out of the safe, with no sign of any forced entry. Ottawa County Sheriff's Detective Captain Mark Bennett said that the manager then went to the surveillance video that kept an eye on things overnight, noticing that, around 1 AM, two figures broke into the building and went straight to the safe. She recognized the two as former employees, and investigators tracked down a 20-year-old and a 21-year-old hiding in a residence south of Holland, capturing them without incident, along with recovering the stolen loot.

The two were awaiting arraignment in Holland District Court on various charges as Tuesday began, and Captain Bennett added that more persons may have been involved, as the probe into the incident continues.
