GRAND RAPIDS, MI (WHTC) - At least 10 years, and possibly life in prison, awaits Joseph Arpin when the 34-year-old southern California man is sentenced on September 3rd. He pleaded guilty yesterday at US District Court in Grand Rapids to federal enticement of a child charges stemming from last October’s abduction of an unnamed 13-year-old Hamilton girl that he had developed an online relationship with; they were found in the St. Louis area.
