HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) -- The City of Holland has again entered the America in Bloom competition. Through the “Holland in Bloom” initiative, the City’s participation in the AIB program is entering its fourth year. Holland has won its population category for three years in a row. In 2013, the City also received the overall award in the “Historic Preservation” category. The judges from America in Bloom will be in Holland on July 29th and 30th.
