HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) -- Another part of JCI has a new owner. The head liner and sun visor business has been acquired by Motus Integrated Technologies. Motus’ North American corporate offices are in Holland and they are focusing on establishing the company as premier global interiors supplier. The company says they will work closely with Johnson Controls for a seamless transition. Some 175 production workers and 70 white-collar workers are expected to stay on with one of the first tasks being an increase in production.
