
UNDATED (WHTC) -- A 30-year-old female driving on a suspended license caused an accident Friday morning in Crockery Township at the intersection of Cleveland St. and Power Dr. Ottawa County Sheriff Sgt. Steve Austin reports that the woman and another driver, 36-year-old Thomas Larson, are both in the hospital. The woman that caused the accident told deputies that a large bug flew into her car and distracted her. She did not see the the 1999 Chevy Tahoe driven by Larson that was stopped to make a left turn. The woman rear ended the vehicle. Larson is in fair condition at Mercy Hospital. The female driver, who’s name is being withheld, pending arraignment, is in stable condition at North Ottawa Community Hospital. The accident is under investigation.
