HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) -- The story told by “The Sound of Music” is a perennial favorite and the Hope Summer Repertory Theatre will bring the Rodgers and Hammerstein classic to life on the stage. The production takes place at the Dewitt Theatre with several shows scheduled in a rotating fashion throughout the summer. Director David Colacci says HSRT chose to open its 43rd season with this “wonderful musical” because of its iconic status. The show will open on June 13th at the DeWitt Center at 8 P.M. More information on this production and other shows taking place this summer can be found at http://hope.edu/hsrt
