UNDATED (WHTC) -- More information is coming to light in a fatal traffic crash that happened early Saturday morning. Mlive is reporting that19-year-old Matthew Nosanov had received a restricted driver’s license just five days before the crash occurred. Nosanov was fleeing police near Middleville when he broadsided a vehicle, killing a 24-year-old man who was on his way to work. The victim’s name has not yet been released. Police believe that alcohol is a factor in the crash.
