OTSEGO, MI (WHTC) - A community gathering to mark the 42-year anniversary of the disappearance of Kathy Sue Wilcox is this evening at Otsego’s North Side Park. Wilcox was 15 when she was left her home for a walk on July 17, 1972, and family members remain hopeful that she will eventually turn up. The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children has put out a computer-generated conceptual image of Wilcox as she might look today on its website. Tonight’s event hopes to rekindle the search for the missing Otsego woman.
