UNDATED (WHTC) -- Citizens of Holland and Zeeland Townships will have legal representation in Circuit Court Judge Jon Van Allsburg courtroom on Monday. Van Allsburg will hear both sides of the argument on whether the residents, mostly from Zeeland Township, have a voice in the matter on whether a truck stop should be built on Adams St. just east of I-196. The property in question is located in Holland Township. The planning commission gave a preliminary nod to the special-use request from Love’s Country Stores and Travel Stops back in February.
