ZEELAND, MI (WHTC) - Before the Zeeland City Council holds its regular business meeting tonight, the members will go over expectations about issues, along with handling citizens’ complaints, with retained consultant David Wheatley. During the meeting, public hearings on establishing an industrial development district for Brower Drain Boatmen and a commercial rehabilitation district for M-M-and-S Holdings will be held.
