HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - Before tonight’s regularly-scheduled Holland City Council work study session, members will go behind closed doors for a special meeting to review the annual evaluation of City Manager Ryan Cotton. He is in his second year as the Tulip City’s administrative leader following the retirement of Soren Wolff in 2012. Mayor Kurt Dykstra will announce Council’s findings publicly following the meeting.
