HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - The Holland Public Safety Department has named Randall Richardson as its Police Reserve Officer of the Year during its annual banquet to honor him and his 40 other colleagues. Richardson is in his eighth year of service that augments his full-time work with Fris Office Outfitters, where he’s been for nearly three decades. He was selected by other reserves and by the command staff for “his selfless dedication to serving his community, strong character and great work ethic,” according to PSD Chief Matt Messer.
