NUNICA, MI (WHTC) - A 54-year-old Grand Rapids man was seriously injured in a single vehicle crash near Nunica just after midnight yesterday. According to Ottawa County Sheriff’s Sergeant Dean DeVries, Marshall Harris was driving eastbound on I-96 around the 112th Avenue exit when he lost control of his vehicle on a curve. It skidded across the roadway, hit the cable guardrail, went airborne into the median and split into three sections before landing on its wheels. Harris was taken to Hackley Hospital for treatment. The crash remains under investigation.
