HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - The changing residential rental property landscape in Holland is the subject of a special Landlord Forum hosted by the city’s Community and Neighborhood Services Program. The two-hour “What Every City of Holland Landlord Should Know” session in council chambers at City Hall at 6 PM includes explaining ordinance changes dealing with the number of unrelated residents in a rental unit.
