UNDATED (WHTC) -- The second of three planned vigils to remember a 15-year-old West Ottawa High School student takes place Tuesday afternoon.  Jonathan Bracamontes was killed by a motorist along US-31 on September 30th.  The candle light vigil begins at 5:15 P.M. on the sidewalk in front of the McDonald’s near the intersection of Riley St. and U.S. 31.  The Ottawa County Prosecutor determined that the woman driving the vehicle that hit Bracamontes, 64-year-old Ruth Borgman, did have the right of way with the green light.  She is charged with misdemeanor hit and run.  Sentencing was set for Dec. 23rd but a scheduling conflict postponed the sentencing.
