GRAND RAPIDS, MI (WHTC) - One of two remaining fugitives from February’s roundup of alleged Holland Latin Kings members is now in custody. Uveldo Ruiz turned himself in at the US courthouse in Grand Rapids late yesterday afternoon, reportedly at the urging of his mother. He and Josè Hernandez, who is still at large, were among 31 people indicted by a federal grand jury stemming from their alleged involvement in various criminal activities.
