HUDSONVILLE, MI (WHTC) - The effects of last week’s heavy rains that caused flooding along the Grand River in Ottawa County continue. County commissioners last night extended a local state of emergency due to a number of unknowns still lingering, and the board wanted to keep funding options open. The river crested at 16.7 feet in Robinson Township and is expected to slowly recede. Red Cross-provided clean up kits are still available.
