ZEELAND TWP., MI (WHTC) - The Zeeland Township Board of Trustees is expected to finalize ordinance amendments that would prevent the establishment of medical marijuana dispensaries. The question has been pretty much settled statewide by the courts after a number of such establishments popped up following voter passage of medicinal pot, with the township wanting to put some local enforcement teeth into the state guidelines.
