ALLEGAN, MI (WHTC) - A 79-year-old Otsego man was bound over for trial on open murder charges after a preliminary hearing yesterday. Marion Conley is accused of shooting to death 37-year-old Jody Snyder on March 9th at a Valley Township home between Allegan and Hamilton. Prosecutors claim that the assault stemmed from ongoing eviction proceedings Conley had against Snyder. Conley remains held on 750 thousand dollars bond.
