LEIGHTON TWP., MI (WHTC) - Noted marathon swimmer Jim Dreyer of Byron Center is returning to the water this morning for another fundraising attempt. Instead of traversing the Great Lakes for Big Brothers Big Sisters, as he has done in the past, Dreyer will attempt to pull a boat filled with a ton of bricks, weighing a total of around seven thousand pounds, along Green Lake in Leighton Township, raising money for Lakeshore Habitat for Humanity.
