
UNDATED (WHTC) -- The month of September has been designated as National Preparedness Month and the American Red Cross of West Michigan wants residents to know what they will need in case of emergency. Red Cross Communications officer, Kelly Hudson, says quote, “Having a game plan in place is essential for all households so everyone knows what they should do when an emergency occurs.” The Michigan State Police, along with the Red Cross will help attendees develop a Family Disaster Plan. The Prepare Fair takes place form 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday September 14th at Riverside Park in Grand Rapids.
