HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - The board of the Holland Board of Public Works will devote most of the public aspect of their meeting this afternoon to a preliminary 2014 budget review by utility general manager Dave Koster. The BPW had asked for and received fee hikes in water, sewer and electrical services last year. Afterward, behind closed doors, the board members will get an information update on pending litigation against the BPW.
