WEST OLIVE, MI (WHTC) - The Sunday storms that buffeted the Lakeshore has taken its toll on more than just power lines and school buildings.
Officials of the Harbor Humane Society say that their West Olive offices have been without power since yesterday afternoon, and there are concerns about care for the animals under their protection. They are asking the public to stop by the offices off of US-31 and drop off bottled water for the dogs, cats and other animals during the outage situation. Power should be restored sometime today.
