UNDATED (WHTC) -- A former Ottawa County deputy was in court on Tuesday to enter a guilty plea to having sexual contact with an inmate at the Ottawa County Jail. Nine-year veteran Jonathan Kermeen was suspended on October 30th and later arrested on two counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct. Kermeen pleaded guilty to one count as part of a plea deal that dismisses the second charge. His sentencing date is March 10th in Ottawa County Circuit Court and is facing up to 15 years in prison.
