UNDATED (WHTC) -- The winter of 2013-2014 left more than 100 inches of snow on the ground along the Lakeshore.  Now, authorities are making preparations for the possible flooding that could result.  Allegan County Emergency Management Director Scott Corbin says there are a couple of areas that historically flood every year, including the Kalamazoo and Rabbit Rivers.  He says that 55-hundred sandbags have been purchased and are available to the public.  Corbin says that evacuation plans should be put in place before they’re needed.  Also, pt together an emergency supply kit that includes at least three days of food, water and necessary medications.  More flooding tips can be found at http://ready.gov/floods
