HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) -- Secretary of State Ruth Johnson was in Western Michigan today visiting two area Secretary of State Offices in Allegan and Holland. She commended the Ottawa County PLUS office with having one of the highest customer service ratings in the state. This office also has one of the highest rates in the state for joining Michigan’s Organ Donor Registry.
