LANSING, MI (WHTC) - The Michigan State Housing Development Authority yesterday tabbed Otsego as one of two communities to get specialized help for developing the downtown district. The Allegan County city, along with Lansing, receives five years of intensive technical assistance, focusing on revitalization strategies to attract new residents and businesses. Otsego won in a competitive process to be in this selected level program.
