UNDATED (WHTC) -- A possible suspect has been arrested in connection with the stabbing of a 17-year-old Zeeland teen. Authorities say that a 14-year-old male was arrested this afternoon. The suspect is the being held at the Ottawa County Youth Detention facility. He is charged with attempted murder in the stabbing of 17-year-old Anthony Schild. Schild was stabbed on Friday evening while walking with a group of friends on S. Pine St. in Zeeland. The suspect allegedly stabbed Schild one time in the chest. Schild was in critical condition when he was taken to Spectrum Health Butterworth Hospital. There have been no updates on his condition. Police now say that they don't believe the stabbing is gang-related.
