SOUTH HAVEN, MI (WHTC) - Charges have been filed against a 22-year-old South Haven man stemming from a May 28th crash in Geneva Township that killed 25-year-old Jason Woodall and injured 20-year-old Cassandra Hayes. Erik Woodall allegedly drove at his cousin’s vehicle on County Road 687, forcing it to roll over. A handgun was found in the suspect’s vehicle. Eric Woodall was arraigned on second-degree murder, drunken driving causing death and weapons charges; he's being held on a million dollars bond in the Van Buren County Jail.
