HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - One of the major routes on Holland’s south side is getting a face lift. Beginning today, city street crews and contractors will be milling and repaving Graafschap Road between 20th and 40th streets. Through November 7th, weather permitting, workers will be applying tack and replacing the asphalt, and while local residents and businesses will be able to have access, through traffic is being discouraged due to uneven pavement and rough road conditions.
