UNDATED (WHTC) - Youngsters planning to go trick-or-treating on this Halloween along the Lakeshore are advised to dress appropriately for chilly, windy conditions. A Wind Advisory will be in effect from 10 AM today through 2 AM tomorrow, with gusts of up to 50 miles an hour, and temperatures falling through the 30’s. The city of Holland is recommending neighborhood trick-or-treating from 6 PM to 8 PM, while Zeeland’s hours are from 5 PM to 8 PM. Downtown Zeeland merchants will be having special treats for costumed youths from 3 PM to 5:30 PM today, while downtown Holland retailers have a similar promotion tomorrow from 10 AM to 12 Noon.
